Your appointments are very important to Pure Bliss, it is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice of cancellations/reschedules.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advanced and reminders are sent 24 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you made weeks ago. Since services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

-Less than a 24 hour notice of a cancellation or reschedule will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount

-"NO SHOWS" or late cancellation (less than 3 hours before appointment) will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

-Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more will be cancelled. Cancelled appointments will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

The cancellation policy allows time to inform wait list clients of any availability, as well as keeping schedules full.

CONFIRMATION TEXTS

As a courtesy, a confirmation text is sent to you 72 hours in advance and a reminder text is sent 24 hours in advance. You may do changes to your appointment through the confirmation text. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees.
